ITINERARY TO MARINE AREA PROTECTED OF TAVOLARA ISLAND

DAILY TOUR IN THE PROTECTED MARINE AREA OF TAVOLARA ISLAN AND CAPO CODA CAVALLO AREA

The day includes a visit to the most famous and fascinating coves and islands of the AMP which occupies an area of about 15,000 hectares, divided into zones with different levels of nature and sea protection.

- Meeting in the morning at about 8:30 am / 09:00 am and accommodation on board your personal belongings The beaches we will visit are: La CINTA, LU IMPOSTU and BRANDINCHI. Today this beach is given the name of the beach of THAITI for its Caribbean color and for the very white sand, almost white, to make the sea transparent.

-The second stopping includes the visit of CAPO CODA CAVALLO. This is a wide cove from the transparent sea where it is easy to find schools of fish such as OBLADA MELANURA or more commonly EYE. -After CAPO CODA CAVALLO we leave for the PISCINE DI MOLARA, so called for their crystalline blue color. -The stop for lunch, to be agreed with the commander the day before the trip, will be possible on board or in the characteristic restaurant of Tavolara Island (Ristorante da Tonino RE DI TAVOLARA) _The day will continue with the visit of the cliffs of TAVOLARA, of its beaches and some other particular inlet of this stretch of coast. It is also possible to go down to the island and visit the small cemetery where the king and some of his family live and read his story at the entrance.

-The return is scheduled for 18:00

ITINERARIO CALAGONONE

DAILY TOUR IN CALA GONONE AREA - Departure in the morning at about 8.30am.

- Going along the route, skirting the coast in one of the wildest coasts of eastern Sardinia, passing through Posada, Capo Comino, the beach of Berchida, Orosei.

- Arrived at Cala Gonone around 10:30, begins the tour of the day with the visit of Cala Luna passing through the Caves of “Bue Marino” and the Caves of “Fico” and then will be continue to Cala Fuili and Cala Gloritzè beaches.

CURIOSITY: Cave of BUE MARINO are so called because once was inhabited by FOCA MONACA (Monachus seal) although in reality its home was probably THE CAVE OF FICO so called, however, for the presence of a huge fig plant grown in the cliff that once blocked the entrance. Today just of one of its parts is appreciated but the length of its roots inside the cave is clearly visible. Entrance to the caves is possible only by sea! During the stop of these wonderful bays, the captain will be happy to prepare lunch by agreement from the day before or at the time of booking. -The return in the evening is scheduled for 18:00

ITINERARY ARCIPELAGO AND ISLAND of LA MADDALENA

EXCURSION THE MADDALENA ISLAND:

The excursion starts at 08.30 / 09.00 in the direction of a beautiful GEOMARINO PARK established since 1994 to protect one of the most beautiful marine areas in the world.

The enchanting beaches with crystal clear water are numerous but can be visited according to the marine weather conditions (we are adjacent to BOCCHE DI BONIFACIO, a channel between the island of Sardinia and Corsica) The beaches, in the numerous coves are in the jagged coast of the islands compose this archipelago, they will satisfy you and make you spend a wonderful day, any of these you will go to visit. The archipelago is so composed; from the island of La Maddalena (the widest),  Caprera (the second by extension), Spargi, Budelli, Razzoli, Santa Maria, Santo Stefano and various smaller islets.

The most famous beaches are: Cala d'Alga, Cala Corsara, Cala Granara, Rosa (pink) beach, Cavaliere beach, Cala Santa Maria, Strangolato, Il Cardellino, Cala Lunga, Spalmatore, Cala Napoletana, Cala Caprarese, Cala Serena, Cala Brigantina , etc ... ..

CURIOSITY: between the island of Razzoli and Santa Maria there is a truly extraordinary stretch of sea, called Passo degli Asinelli. Named this because in ancient times the two islands were closer and easily crossed by shepherds with their livestock during the winter season. It is a real natural pool with shallow water, about a meter, therefore excluded from the big yachts but not from our boat for its low draft!

The return, in the late afternoon (about 18:00), provides the illustration by the commander of the Sardinian coast stretches that you will coast during navigation. We remember the most famous: PORTO CERVO and CALA DI VOLPE. Lunch, on board, can be served by the commander, upon agreement from the day before the tour.
